Welcome to The Wild 899. By accessing our website or purchasing our NFTs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Wild 899 is a collection of digital artworks (NFTs) running on the blockchain.

2. Ownership

When you purchase a Wild 899 NFT, you own the underlying digital art completely. Ownership of the NFT is mediated entirely by the smart contract and the blockchain network. We cannot seize, freeze, or otherwise modify the ownership of any Wild 899 NFT.

3. Personal and Commercial Use

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, copy, and display the purchased art, along with any extensions that you choose to create or use, solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, as well as for commercial use (such as producing and selling merchandise featuring the art).

4. Risks

You assume all risks associated with using the blockchain network, including but not limited to the risk of hardware, software and internet connection failure, the risk of malicious software introduction, and the risk that third parties may obtain unauthorised access to information stored within your wallet. NFTs have no inherent value and should not be considered investments.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Wild 899 and its creators are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of using our website or interacting with our smart contracts. The jungle is wild, and you navigate it at your own risk.
